Making fitness fun for all!

Being in the field of fitness, health and wellness for over a decade I have built an extensive background and knowledge base in a wide variety of content. A certified Exercise Physiologist and a Master's of Science in Applied Clinical Nutrition allows me to accurately and appropriately adhere to each individuals unique wishes and needs. 
I offer a wide variety of services including fitness classes, individual personal training, small group training, and various specialty programs.

Strength Training

Developing, and maintaining, full-body strength is optimal for long-term aesthetics, injury reduction and the ability to move well with age. Individual or small group training sessions are available to provide clients with direction and guidelines to achieve their goals.
